Zucchini Bread

 




This soft, spongy like bread is amazing, and the healthy(ish) zucchini In it makes this bread sort of taste like banana bread. I love this bread, because few ingredients make 2 huge loafs that lasted for 3 days of breakfast. You don’t have to add walnuts, they are optional, but it is amazing, and I would recommend it. Enjoy! Heat the oven to 325 degrees and spray and flour 2 8x4 inch pans.

 Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, make a well and add the wet ingredients, plus the zucchini and walnuts, beet the wet ingredients together and slowly start mixing the wet and dry ingredients together. Poor into prepared pans, and place in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
