Above is the link to cutting the mango, it is a little bit sticky and messy, but that means your mango is good! Easier results than what I did, you can peel the mango with a scraper, but I though it is a bit hard, because the mango skin is rough, so using a knife is easier in my opinion! Remember, there is a pit in a mango, you can’t cut all the way down the middle! Enjoy!
