Brownies

 


This is a delicious chocolate dessert that is soft and fudge texture. It is really awesome with whipped  cream or milk. Make sure to eat this after a healthy meal because this is really unhealthy! But good! You can add nuts or to make Mexican brownies add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.  For less chocolate you can not add chocolate chips, but that is one of the best parts. Enjoy this amazing treat! 

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and hot  

 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

A little more than a cup of sugar

2  eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

A few sprinkles of chocolate chips

For Mexican brownies add the below:

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 



Preheat oven to 350, cover an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil And Spray down with cooking spray. Combine hot melted butter, oil and sugar together in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk well for about a minute. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for another minute. Add in the flour, cocoa and salt. Gently fold the Ingredients together. Add the chocolate chips and stir until just combined. Pour batter into pan, smoothing the top out evenly. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the center of the brownies no longer jiggles.
