This is an amazing sweet and healthy summer dessert! It is amazing if you have to use up fresh or frozen mangos! I used frozen but fresh can work just fine. This is really easy and it takes a hard effort to mess this up! If you don’t want an overly honey Frozen yogurt you can make your yogurt a little sugary by only doing half the amount of honey and for the other half add 1/8th a cup of sugar. I hope you enjoy this healthy summer treat! Recipe is below!
4 cups Mangos preferably Frozen
1/4 cup of Honey or as shown above do 1/8 cup honey and 1/8 cup sugar but adding sugar is missing the point
1 1/4 cup of yogurt
Blend it all together in a blender until soft and fluffy about 5 minutes. Poor into a glass container and place in the freezer for 3 hours, take it out and stiff it around, spread evenly and place in the freezer for another 1-2 hours until ready to serve. Keeps well in the freezer for up to one month.
