Homemade Sushi!

This homemade sushi is one of the most messy and the thing that I have made that has been worth all the work!
Usually I just do cucumber and avocado, however as a special treat, Shrimp Tempura! This fried shrimp is my favorite sushi filling no questions asked! It adds the perfect crunchy texture to this dish! As this was already cooked, all I had to do was pop it in the oven for 8 minutes. The Cucumber I sliced into strips so it didn’t fall out of the sushi. The avocado is really easy and yummy as always, but the sushi rice is surprisingly the hardest part! Make regular rice, the amount you think is best for your sushi. Let cool for a few hours and then on the stove put together 1/3 cup of rice vinegar, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Remember you can double this. I am not going to include a recipe because this is really simple. Make the amount of everything that you think you can eat, take some sushi Nori, and a bowl of water to make sure the sushi sticks, and divide the amount of nori you have and divide everything into groups of that number, including the rice, it doesn’t have to be exact. Put the rice on the nori first, and then add the fillings, tightly roll the sushi together with a bamboo mat(optional) and then out some water on your fingertips to put on the sushi to secure it! Cut the sushi into about 6 pieces, Enjoy!
